Gragas / blitzcrank Flash

I have some experience like gragas jungler everytime I throw perfect ultimate enemy flashes in midair it is bug for my opinion that have to be fixed also when blitzcrank hook someone he enemy can flash while they are getting dragged by hook. Do you have also any experience with this? What's your opinion, this bug made for me some tough games...
