Ranking up in Dynamic Queue with friends

It's more fun when you are winning, but is much worse when losing compared to solo. When your team winning your friends are having fun, laughing, having a good time. When your team is losing, lots of salt but now its in your ear in voice chat rather than in game chat. I also find dynamic queuing way more distracting.

I am sure it depends on the person and your group of friends, but sometimes I really hate queuing up ranked with people especially when playing jungle.
