Optimization of champion spawnables?

So, what prompted this post was a match i had yesterday, where i was hard carrying in my DianaDiana as a junglersummoner 11 . The game dragged on and on, and my game slowly began taking a serious performance hit. It took me a bit to realize what was causing it, Illaoi's Illaoi tentacles and a Zz'rot portalitem 3512 . Unfortunately the enemy IllaoiIllaoi player caught on to this, and ulted whenever i got close, spawning extra tentacles, and picking me off without giving me a chance to even fire off my Q. A game client that normally cruises along at 90-120 fps on mid graphics, was stagnated at single digits on minimum graphics settings (which i dropped down to in panic to try to make them game playable again). League is simply not playable at single digit fps, no game is, especially if you're running a combo-dive assassin. Teemo's shroomsTeemo , heimerdinger's turretsHeimerdinger , zyra's seedsZyra , there are more then a few champs that have spawnables of one form or another, and when more then one enter a game, most players that i have talked too experience serious client performance drops. Anyone know if riot plans to optimize these soon? Maybe a graphics setting to disable the passive animations on some of them (like the zz'rot portals 'twitch' when it spawns a new minionitem 3512 , or the glow and sway of Illaoi's tentacles.Illaoi), or decreased detail when the volume of them exceeds a certain amount. I may not be playing on a 1080Ti monster, but i don't have a bad gaming rig either, i know i'm not the only one with this issue.
