Revert Last Whisper/Armor pen

Simple as that, nobody aims to build it anymore, AD players (if anyone still plays marksman) are just going 100% crit which is way better because of the true damage. people are only buying mortal reminder because of the grievous wounds. Poor stats and too much money and % is good but, who builds it anymore ?
