Most boring reforged keystones in my opinion

Ruined King's Tribute: AoE damage every few seconds in combat on attack.

The only game play is during lane phase and trying to get an auto attack off or something. After you don't even think about it really. I might be mistaken though, they didn't specify whether or not it has to be an auto attack so that could be interesting.

Meteor: Extra damage a few moments after landing damage.

It's just extra damage. The new thunder lords (Stormlord's Mandate) does the same job. Only difference, one has a much longer cool down I guess.

That's about it. I like all of the normal runes and I'm not exaggerating here. All the normal runes are a big improvement from what we currently got.
