quinn needs to get reverted

i actually main quinn and i believe that riot should revert her . the thing that people got nice win ratio dosnt mean that quinn is good . i mean i played a lot of games with quinn and is not so good as people thinks first of all you cant counter some1 on top lane if he know how to play specially with lethality and runes with 0 atack speed i tried my self well it was not good . after this i tried to counter some champions like jax gnar riven vayne and too many other champions the problem was that they winned me even if i proc them rights passive and also and i use my skills as better as i can i know no1 will believe me as always even if they say at the gameplay how weak it is but at least do something about her ulti some buffs are doing nothing to help her when your ulti is not working for 1vs1 your q dosnt miss hits thats the worst part of the rework and please i just want old quinn back is that a big thing that i want? and old quinn will fiz the problems now quinn is having problems because of those reworks specially on teamfights and think what hapend if enemys adc build lethality who will get one shoted then? and if they take 1 ninja tabi they will derstroy you just telling so many reasons that quinn should be reverted .nothing more . ty if you coments anyway your option is helpfull for the discusion we talk.
