I am really struggling which Resolve Runes & Shards to pick as a Juggernaut Jungler
Can you guys help me?
Keep in mind that i play Voli otp so i profit a bit more from HP than other champs i guess.

DEMOLISH vs FONT OF LIFE Demolish is a damn good rune for tanky champs since turrets are gold bags atm. I guess it's a must have (until they nerf plating gold?). But here is my first question: Everyone says Font of Life is trash and weak but i checked different data sites and it's on paar with Demolish (even a bit better): https://lolalytics.com/ranked/worldwide/current/silver/champion/Volibear/Jungle/runes/ (i chose silver tier cause it has the most games/data, for more accuracy)

CONDITIONING vs. BONEPLATING This is the row i have the most problems with. Can i take Boneplating as Jungler or is it more a Laning Rune? I want to take Conditioning but it looks so weak to me, at least for my playstyle since i don't build so much armor (mostly only Righteous Glory = 30 Armor) to take a profit from the 5% more Armor/MR. So i only got 8 Armor/MR after 10 minutes, isn't that pretty low? 8 Armor would help me in early jungle clears but after 10 minutes it's not that good... or is it? I mean it has to be the stronger rune after 10 minutes because it has this 10 minutes drawback am i right?? So it should be a mid/lategame rune but it doesn't feel like one except you are Rammus or some other hardcore armor stacking champ. An EUW Master Voli told me. On lane you can't survive 10 minutes without a rune so you need Boneplating for trades, but in jungle you can survive 10 minutes without a rune , so you have the luxury to pick Conditioning. But WHAT is luxury at 8(!) Armor/MR after 10 Minutes if you don't profit so much from the 5%?

OVERGROWTH vs. UNFLINCHING I like Unflinching and many Korean High Elos like it too. It also has the better winrate g overall. But most People seem to take Overgrowth. In Boards many people say Overgrowth is crap now. Idk. Health is always nice for Voli and the 2,5% more Max HP definitely helps but most games goes 28 minutes on avarage now on my Elo (Dia 5 MMR) and i am afraid that game is close to end and already been decided when the buff finally appears.

How good is 5 Armor vs. 10 Adaptive DMG? The advantage on DMG is that it helps my n first jungle clear. At wolfs for example i need just 2 autos instead of 3 for the little Wolf's (in combination with my abilities). So i am a few seconds earlier on scuttle crab. Also i have good sustain in jungle anyway as Voli.

5 Armor vs. 15-90 Health Everyone said Health shard is a noobtrap. But it has slightly better winrate on Voli and most Volis take it (even in high Elo). And on lvl 7 it's scaled out the 5 Armor. So is it really that bad?
But i also kinda love Armor... Especially since i only go for Righteous Glory. I only have 30 Bonus Armor with it. But with Runes and Shards i could have ~ 50 Bonus Armor in Midgame.
CANT DECIDE NEED HELP
