Just like how we'll have banner tips to display our ranked starting point, armor to display our commitment and progression, honor to show our mentality, and level to show our experience, we should have an evolving indicator to our lane to express our role ability.
also since it organizes both teams based on the position you're assigned once you're in the loading screen i think it would make sense to also just display that icon there.
rewards could be wards, emotes, player icons, etc. which fall in line to the way the teambuilder system from a few years ago also awarded class based player icons.
that way players who are amazing at jungle and terrible at everything else can still brag about how amazing of a jungler they are even if they're stuck in IRON V.
