Why Graggy why?

Sooo my favorite champion is Gragas, use to be mid now top, and I am wondering if he is going to get compensatory buffs to his W nerf on PBE. I understand that Riot doesn't want him to be able to build full tank and still have an execute that does 12% max health but buffing his AP ratio on his w while nerfing the base damage has practically become the norm.

Diversity is a word Riot throws around a lot....let me have my ap bruiser gragas while nerfing the tanky fat man.

Side note does it make anyone else sad when they buff your favorite champion when no one is playing them? I was fine with Gragas then they gave him more mana to start and his W did more damage to jungle monsters. Then came the nerfs...
