A better Rift herald & improved buffs
Make it spawn sooner, and make up too 3 spawn
Herald now scales with levels in terms of difficulty, but will overall remain quite difficult just like he is now
Keeps the 50 global gold, but every additional herald killed gives an additional 25 global gold for your team, so first herald gives 50 then the next is 75 and the final gives 100 global gold.
In addition to this it's buff now changes from just the 1 person split push buff too a team wide permanent defensive buff
Herald now gives 5/10/15 flat armor/mr and 5/10/15% max Health permanently
Taking down herald will make your team more beefy, this is the only kind of buff you cannot get from drakes it's only there for a short while after 20 minutes baron eats it and takes it's place
This should make herald a desired objective to take and put more emphasis on top lane and mid lane and reduce the amount of clown fiesta's in bot lane
