Flex Queue

Alright i know it might sound stupid but, can we please do something about flexQ? Can it at least work like soloQ where you CANT get someone whos silver while you're being plat or getting gold while being diamond? I started playing flex and i got demoted from diamond promos to plat 4 due to my teammates. And no, im not that type of guy whos gonna blame his team if he fucks up something, but seriously tho. If i am plat 4 on flex, shouldn't i get plat players AT LEAST, in flex queue too? I am getting silver flexQ and soloQ players while being plat 4. Isn't that a bit too much of a skill difference?
