Just an ability idea.

Not sure if something like this was posted before, but I thought it would be kinda cool to see on maybe a support champion. I was just browsing the boards looking at all of the people complaining about everything. Then out of nowhere, I had this idea. Imagine something like a Jayce gate, but instead of speeding up your allies, it slows down enemy skillshots.

Thoughts?
