What is the pony of Champion Mastery hitting PBE and Get us all excited when It's not even out!
What happened to the cool champion mastery thing where you Gained points for playing your favorite champion? When does is come out? Will it come out?

It's still being worked out - it's not ready for a proper release just yet.
If you're not aware yet, things don't just pop into Rioters heads and they come straight to the live servers. Things go through a process.
Someone thinks of something and if it's a good idea it's put into the PBE. When these ideas get enough general feedback and testing from the PBE community it then goes to live and undergoes more changes because there is a larger population in live servers than on the testing servers.
Champion Mastery is a big feature that has to change the look of the champions page completely and they have to add completely new emotes and fix any bugs that might be happening in the code.
I've used it and it seems pretty solid. You just need to wait until Riot decides to release it.
