Please reduce the cooldown of Karthus's ultimate

It's reached a point where it can simply be called Karth bullying. Why? Because a life-saving summoner spell has less of a base cooldown than his ult at levels 1 and 2. If you have or the Summ spell CDR mastery, you also have barrier on a lower cooldown than level 3 Karth ult.

Meanwhile, we have which nullify his ultimate in most scenarios. All of which have less of a cooldown than Karthus's ultimate. Unless Karth builds a lot of CDR, maw will have a significantly lower cooldown. At 25% CDR, Level 3 Karthus ult has the same CD as a Zhonya's.

Of course, in maw's case it doesn't make much of a difference because there's only a two second longer cooldown than Karthus ultimate at max (45%) CDR.

Meanwhile, Soraka (his counter) has a 160/145/130 sec CD on her lifesaving ultimate compared to Karthus's 200/180/160 ultimate CDs. Although Soraka has less base healing and scaling (55% AP ratio compared to Karth ult's 60%) on her ult, she gets a 50% bonus healing if any ally is below 40% HP.

Besides Soraka, there's a numerous amount of champions with the ability to entirely negate his ultimate with an ability that has less mana cost and a much MUCH lower CD. I don't have a problem with Nocturne and Sivir having this capability, because they can nullify anything. Revives don't actually nullify it, so I'm not going to count those.

Champions that can negate/nullify Karthus's ultimate without using revives, summoner spells, CC, spell shields, tankiness, or lifesaving items.

As it is, Karthus's ultimate cooldown is too long. Lifesaving abilities, lifesaving items, resists, healing, are all more common then they used to be.

While Karthus's ultimate cooldown is the same as it used to be. Please lower Karthus's ultimate cooldown, it's not right for any champion's ultimate to be on a longer cooldown than a summoner spell. Especially not when there's so many lifesaving tools that are on a significantly lower cooldown than his ultimate.

So please Riot, reduce Karthus's ultimate cooldown.

PS: He also hasn't gotten any skin in years despite Riot releasing skins with themeatics that would fit him very well. The Karth bullying from Riot is real :c
