Hi, it is possible to reach it but only under certain conditions:
- you have to play about 8 hours a day until the 12th if you are only maintaining a 50% win rate and having clown fiestas and lots of bad games.
- you have to get honored in a majority of your games.
- you have to avoid ANY rage reports on your account, even if the reports are fake. A Riot support person in a ticket (was posted either yesterday or two days before) confirmed that ANY reports on your account will delay progress. He failed to elaborate on what this "delay" is but I assume it simply stops honor progression for that game, but that's a guess. He did confirm that even fake reports can stall your progress, even if the IFS will discard them as an increase in toxicity level.
(I mentioned that a very similar system was admitted by a Blizzard GM to be used in Overwatch, except in OW, you can actually DROP endorsement level from rage reports even if you do nothing wrong).
- giving honors to teammates speeds up your honor progress slightly.
- receiving honors speeds up your honor progress slightly.
- all players honoring someone speeds up your progress a bit more.
If you can hard carry multiple times and get multiple /most honors on your team, this will greatly increase your chances before november 12th without having to play 8 hours a day. If you lose a lot or get rage reported for getting ganked often and getting bad scores or 1 shotted (intentional feeding, which the IFS will discard as a fake report anyway), this will severely slow your progress.
- never ever say anything to your teammates. Never trust them and never argue with them. Start ALL games with /fullmute all at level 1,
then say ONLY "gj", "good job", "nice work", "thank you", gl hf, and gg wp, reset, group please, May I blue?, May I red? and nothing else.
Being nice decreases the chances of rage reports against you.
Good luck.
