Easy way to fix Assassins and ADCs.

Swap them.

Make the ADCs have delayed damage and counterplay.

Make the assassins more focused on upfront burst and lower counterplay slightly.

Encourage ADCs to have sustained damage over upfront burst so teams are encouraged to protect them instead of only protecting them just long enough to get the burst off and thrn ignore them.

Tighten the delay of asssassins.

Many assassin playera feel the delay is too high, and this can be deadly lategame.

So either shorten the delay or make the delay get shorter based on level.

Thid should fix the problems with both assassins and ADCs.
