Remake

So let me get this straight if someone dies we can't remake. So just because someone happens to die and then someone afks we can't remake that is bullshit Riot. I just lost lp because one of my team afks right after my bot lane dies. If someone afks at any point before 20 minutes a remake should be allowed regardless of whether people die or not before then.
