Solo Duo Queue return?

Has a time or date been posted yet? Personally I kind of dont want to start my promos in the original draft pick due to some odd technical issues i seem to have with that form of champion select lately, anyways is there any news on when we will be getting that back? The notification from riot says that we will see them back when dynamic queue is back but im wondering if theyve actually released a date/time? Thanks
