Featured Game mode Idea: Sharks and Minnows
Just a stupid idea I had where League has it's own variation of the classic playground game Sharks and Minnows. The way I imagine it, every game is Fizzes on the one side, and Fizz's sharks on the other side.
Shark side starts with one Shark and Fizz side starts with 9 Fizzes. Sharks are huge and slow but swim over Terrain, while Fizzes are small and move quickly, have access to their E on a short cooldown and longer range (long enough to go over any wall on the map) (without the Invincibility frames). Every time a shark catches a minnow, that minnow becomes a shark, and it basically becomes a contest of whether the minnows can hide from the sharks until time runs out.
I'm trying to decide how to balance the Sharks fairly so that catching the Fizz minnows isn't impossible, but still feels fair to the minnow, such as a movement speed boost that gets stronger as long as you are moving towards a minnow. Most likely at the beginning of the game, all minnows would be revealed to the shark at all times until catching one, and then normal fog of war rules apply.
I don't know if it can be done, but I feel like it would be fun given the chance. We all know that the Dark Star event proved that single champion game modes can be fun
(btw I just felt it worth mentioning that the shark you look like would totally be based on what Fizz skin you use)
