More time in champ select

There should be more time after last pick maybe an extra 10 or 30 seconds. When I last pick, i want to be able to choose the right runes and have some time to think and make a smart decision. I'm always rushed to get any compatible runes and then summoner spells that work with those runes. What if I also wanted to pick my skin and ward skin? I dont have the time. What if I needed to look up the runes on google, I never have enough time to do all that. Plus 10 to 30 seconds at the least would fix this and not make champ select too ridiculously time consuming.
