Yi nerf

Okay master yi really needs a nerd, Everyone agrees with this in most ways but this is how i think he needs a nerf. His passive needs to be set where it will only occur on the same target in a set amount of time. THis is not in effect witch means if he rushes crit and attack speed you literally cant kill him before he does you, His q will literally be up in 2 seconds then he goes onto the next and the next ant the next, In this meta he is by far one of the most broken champions in the game Riot you really need to do something about him.
