Taric statistics

i was looking to maximize Taric's healing ability to be a solid support unit, with AP and HP being my focus i will be a little tanky with some damage as well as healing capability.

what are the breaking points for certain items and how do i value them?

with 45% CDR i feel Athene's is a staple item for the mana regen so i can spam my abilities for a long duration, an infinite battery.

Spirit Visage has 10% CDR, 500 HP and a self 20% received healing bonus

Rod of Ages is potent now, 500 hp, 800 mana and 120 AP, that is right down my alley.

Rabadon's Cap is great to have my AP items scale

Lich Bane gives CDR, mana, AP and a movement bonus

my heal on Q is (30% AP and 5% bonus health)

i can also take some HP% runes, AP or CDR per level runes as well.

and potentially for self healing, 40% from my Q passive, 20% from spirit visage and 10% from my mastery

i am looking to find that soft spot between damage/healing/sustain/effective hp

i have tried 2 Rod of Ages, a Lichbane, a Rabadon's and a Athene's so far as my core items... it seems to be a good start. trying to decide if something i should swap for Spirit Visage?
