Dynamic Que and riots flaw
So Riot makes it clear they want the community to talk to eachother more
they want the game more team focused
they want us the players to play more organized.
The solution was a forced dynamic que system, where fact is, if you can find 4 decent players for your elo, you will climb quite easily, and improve at a steady pace with them. When someone falls behind you either work to teach them, or make a upgrade to your roster. For those who can do this, it has become quite easy to climb.
Solo climbing is without a doubt, quite harder. However if you are good, you will climb, but should it be that much harder?
Fact, Riot announced in round table, that if you are in division two or one in your elo, you have a high chance of facing a pre made of 4+. So if you are a good solo player, you are punished by facing a 4, 5 man squad.
So this is clearly riot forcing their system upon us.
My complaint?
The only effective system we have, and I use that term quite loosely, is Team recruitment on the forums.
Why is this bad?
Most of us fit one of the following traits
-You are possibly a introvert -You are possibly shy -The friends you do have might be terrible, and thus until they improve, to risky to rank with -Have trouble finding legitimate honest, or good people to work with. -You attract the wrong people with your personality -Maybe you simply just don't like talking to people on skype and prefer privacy
So besides that I want to make something clear once again
We lack a proper way to meet players. Our current methods are one of two ways.
-Use Team recruitment -Play the game and use chat -Add people you think are good when you finish the game
Flaws in this
Reruitmenent Flaws -Many people ignore that topic, and those who do consist of a huge variety of elos from bronze to diamond, so even when you do find someone you face the following A-Is this person my elo? B- Is this person a jerk? (we have all met a few people who were quite frankly assholes on that section) C- Is this person a pervert? D- Is this persons schedule fitting to mine?
Chat Flaws Gonna keep this simple, when you are playing you are focusing on the game, you want to give information and be a good teamate, you dont always want to clutter the chat with nonsense. If you fit this personality, this really isn't a option for you.
Game Finish Flaws People who are good, doesn't always = nice or tolerant etc etc, we have all tried adding people who ended up being complete jerks.
So with that said, we only have two options, with a new ranked mode that ENFORCES team play, and meeting new people to play ranked.

We might never get it
If riot feels like forcing this upon us, I beg for the following
Improve the forums community and advertise it more, so everyone can see it and use it
Introduce a forum private message system so we can message people we find interesting
Introduce more forum moderators to improve forum quality
Possibly introduce a chat system of sorts on the forums
