xin w healing should scale by either dmg type (insteado both) depending on your build

currently: HEAL: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 (+ 20% Bonus AD) (+ 70% AP)

propose: select whichever gives the most healing. so if you go full ad you still get 20% instead of none. still a buff from last patch
