Need Some Help Improving

So last season I peeked at P1 and I wanted to hit diamond this season. However for the life of me I cant seem to play well enough to win consistently. I need some help finding my faults ((because obviously I have tons and I cant see them very well)). Can some one hit me up and watch maybe a few game plays to help me improve?
