Pre-Season Must Bans

So while we obviously aren't quite in the Pre-Season yet, we're just about there and Riot has very helpfully given us a good look at the vast majority of the changes we're going to be seeing. So I wanted to start a discussion about who is going to be put on the Must Ban list going into Pre-Season.

This discussion isn't just about finding the OP combos and banning them outright, but I'm hoping that people will also discuss the picks of others and offer methods to counter them.

For example, Garen has still been a high priority ban in games that I've played much to my consternation (Not least of all because I'm a Garen main). I find this a frustrating ban, especially when it comes from my team, because he's someone who is very easy to shutdown. Champions like Gnar, Jayce, and Pantheon all do a fantastic job at countering Garen. Jayce in particular is a champion that I'm surprised didn't get more popular when Garen came back into the meta. His entire kit just takes a dumb on the Might of Demacia. For that matter, Jayce's kit does a pretty good job at counter Darius and Gangplank too.

So who are champs that you see being put on the Must Ban list going into this next season? Is it just their kit, or some combination of the former and the new items coming up? Will they be completely broken, or can you see a way to counter them?
