What I need my Jungler/Laners to know

I'm hoping this can be used to reach each other and be helpful...

When I'm jungling, I need you to know that if I signal that I'm coming in, and you can't fully assist - for any reason - you should v-ping me. If I don't signal, or you ping and I keep going, that's fine. But these near death, or actual death experiences followed by "I had no mana" or "I was farming" have got to go.

When I'm laning, I need my jungler to know that I team spending significant time over extended needs to be ganked. Not immediately, but if they aren't punished for overextending, then they have no reason to stop. And I can't be the one to tell you. You should look at the map and act accordingly.
