Please add time to the final phase of Draft Pick.

Could you reallocate time from the Pick Intent phase of draft to the Final Phase of draft after everyone has picked their champions. As last pick I don't have ANY time to choose my character and then select my runes and masteries, you could say this is a flaw in the way I plan my champion, but as last pick I should take the most time to find the champion that fits for my team comp and fits AGAINST their team comp.

TL;DR If I plan to counter pick the enemy team or find the perfect champion to fit my teams comp I will find myself with less time than I need and the pick intent phase is pretty much never used properly.
