I hit lvl 30 at the end of Season 4. I started to play ranked at the end of Season 5. I have played nearly 60 ranked games this season and have stayed in either bronze 3 or bronze 4. People say "just play normals" or "I hate ranked." For me it's different, ranked is the only interesting thing that I can do, it is really the only game mode in which I can gain achievements. I like the way Riot added Champion Mastery and Hextech which gave more of a reason to play normals but, I still play ranked. ANYTHING RITO, PLZ, I NEED STUFF TO DO.

Buy everyone. It's what I'm working towards; Every time I get someone I just say to myself, "That's one less to buy for my Quest to Own All Champions". Capital letters are important, too.

The thing is I find Normals to be far better for practice. Basically you practice and get better in Normals, and then put that practice to use in Ranked.

With this mindset I've never actually been in Bronze, outside of some random teams I've been in. Once you start climbing the road to Silver, Gold,and higher you should have something to keep you occupied.
