Climbing low ELO as ADC

So, maybe it's just an off week, but recently I really feel like I cannot do anything as ADC even when I get ahead. I'm at silver 1 was just about to get to promos, but just demoted back to silver 2. Now I know that most people are going to just say get good, etc., etc., but please understand my frustration where to list my most previous losses included a:

16/4/8 Jax Jungle, in which I had won lane as a Draven, and Jax had never ended up revisiting my lane after he failed 3 ganks, but had ended up getting fed off of top lane and mid in a place where I couldn't help them at all, to the point where by the time I had been able to take first tower and roam to help other lanes, it was impossible to snowball our lead.

• 25/2/13 Vel'Koz mid, who had gotten fed extremely early game, leaving myself unable to do anything as a jinx who had been able to get a lead bot lane, because my lead was just not enough to snowball any other lanes to the point where we could come back.

• 14/5 Zed mid, and 9/0 Aatrox top, making my 6 kills on the enemy bot lane irrelevant as draven, as there existed nothing to protect me from these two divers on our non existent frontline.

• A 15/3 LeBlanc, And a 14/3 Urgot as Draven

• A 12/0 Ahri and 9/1 Nasus as Draven

• A 12/3 Kayn and 7/1 Garen as Draven

• A 19/4 Rengar as Jinx

• A 15/6 Veigar as Draven

• A 21/7 Rengar as Draven

• 10/2 Irelia, 5/1 Xin, 7/1 Vel as Draven

• 12/5 Eve, 15/2 Annie as Draven

There are more games but this is where my OP.GG ends, maybe I'm creating this post just to rant, or to make an excuse for myself, but I genuinely do not know how to progress other than picking up ADC's such as Ezreal or Vayne who I find absolutely no fun in to play, learn, or climb with. But with Jinx and Draven primarily, I will on average get anywhere between 3 and 8 Kills in lane and end with 100 CS more, and on games where my team does peel for me I really do feel the difference, but especially since maybe a week ago maybe abit more I've been finding more and more teammates who just give up, run it down and troll and I seriously don't know how to carry when these are what my most recent losses look like. Yes I've had some games that I've fed but those are few and far between, and when they do happen, I try and do my best to make myself carryable, usually only going between 1/3 and 1/7 with only 10 CS below the enemy ADC but at that point my team already starts to give up and makes it tremendously hard to come back unless one person got a lead, but typically that doesn't happen. Maybe I'm not playing mid game right, since I do know that my CS dips with the coming of mid game, but I find it extremely difficult to explain that as an ADC I really do need to farm up and tell them to leave the minions in mid when we group to me because I can clear them faster and it helps me get ahead, and typically high wave clear mages will just take at least half of the farm before I can clear it.

Should I change ADC's? Change roles? Are there any tips on further carrying out my team mid game? I typically try and switch lanes with top or mid and try and get that turret while I let them free farm bot, but that doesn't always work, and some games enemy laners are so ahead they are just running it down mid getting all the towers and I cannot defend those turrets as a singular ADC.
