Autofill
Autofill ruins ranked games. I don't mind being autofilled, it's the other people on the team I hate being autofilled. People are bad enough at this game, but then you put them in a role they don't play expecting the game to be close.

Learn to play the following roles: Support, Jungle
Boom, regardless of your primary role (Top/Mid Lane, ADC), you have a secondary role that in 99% of cases someone is willing to swap.
I main Top Lane, but I'm proficient in both Jungle and Support, and I can hold my own long enough as a Mid Laner to get the hell out of Laning phase without giving up the farm.
Ranked is not really a true reflection of anybodies' skill with autofill.
