Urgot part 2

I'm basing this diarrhea of my face on this picture that I found when I Googled urgot rework and looked at images says it's from Warhammer 40K, don't know who made it. I'm just going to spew out garbage about a kit I made. This is going to go so well.
First things first this would make him a melee champion and he would use mana for most spells. Because why not.
Passive: When urgots health reaches lethal levels I.E. the heath bar go's to zero. his life support systems go critical to try and keep him alive, making a ring around him (between
burn out, and
ult, in range) dealing physical damage based on his level and current ad and slowing enemy's for 3 seconds. If urgot gets a kill or an assist during these three seconds he revives if not he just dies like a normal person. Kind of like a passive
but with more depth.
Q: urgot swings his hook, or saw, or whatever, in a short ark in front of him causing physical damage damage and slowing for a short time. This ability should have a low mana cost and cool down to keep the weaving of Q and auto attacks that meddler said somewhere here ( http://forums.oce.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=32520 ) is signature to urgot. to contrast the low cool down and mana cost the damage will be low and the slow will be low and quick.
W: Urgot charges a shield but not a normal shield. This shield will make urgot more resistant to all damage from his front side, but take more damage from his back side, like a reverse passive, In addition urgot gains movement speed when moving forwards, he can now walk backwards by clicking closely behind him but it will be much slower than if you walked forward. The mana cost would be toggled like
ult, and drain mana while it's on.
E: Urgot overloads his robotic parts causing damage to himself and pushing enemy away, shredding armor, self explanatory.
R: Urgot becomes immobile for an amount of time (i don't know). during this time urgot can grab an enemy ( like his level two ult range) and pull them towards him. When urgot grabs and enemy he pulls them to his location and suppresses them. The enemy is untargetable as urgot plunges his hook, saw, or whatever and starts dealing damage for 5 seconds during this time urgot gains 15% of the damage he deals to the enemy champion also during this time urgot gains an aura around him about half of his current level one ult that if enemy's walk into they are feared,enemy's can stop urgot by hard cc.
