Got autofilled even after..

So I just got autofilled to support even though it said "You are guaranteed one of your selected roles because you recently autofilled". I always play support/autofill in normal so I can get my 2 selected roles while in ranked...but I still got autofilled to support..and we ended up losing the game because I wasn't as big of an impact as i would have been with my main roles, well we actually lost because my fed adc afk'd in fountain because our fed mid and jg were flaming her...but w.e

Is it a bug or is it true that you can get autofilled even with the sign saying otherwise..

and yes I know the 2 different signs look similiar when your queing up..I read it just in case.

Fairly certain your autofill protection for ranked is separate from your autofill protection in normals, so perhaps you checked for protection in one queue type, and then queued for the other without realising the protection isn't shared?
