Riven buffs??

Just like last patch with Kha’Zix and Zed, this won’t improve heavily until we figure out some item-related solutions, but health regen should help her not lose her lane as often while we work it all out."

In the patch I get why she was "nerfed" by last whisper removal (rip) and the changes to tiamat but i think shes really strong but still really dependent on matchups and wining lane (imo too much) and i wish they could change this but still not buff her since i feel like a bunch of people would abuse her buffs.
