Improving the creeps for player movement

ive been playing league for a long time im not greatest player but im one who enjoys the game even know i play knowing to win or lose but sometimes ingame functions make it a nightmare when your confident player in a situation you know you can control because the minions act as a physical object you can get stuck in and ultimately ruin your experience i suggest the minions be reworked so taller characters can move over them without problem but their movement speed lowers till they passed through the minions and for the yordles or smaller characters they should be able to do the same but maybe since they are smaller make it same but give them a little more of a hit since they are almost the same size as the minions thank you sorry if its too much to ask
