Can disabling scroll-zoom be added to the options menu?

We used to be able to change the input.ini file to disable scroll zoom, but now we can't. I have a mouse with a broken scroll wheel and when I tap it, it zooms in quite a bit which is kind of annoying. Can the devs add an option to disable scroll-zoom in the options menu? Thanks.
