some ideas reward galio for playing good not for playing bad

when his ap shield breaks make it do aoe dmg this way a good ap user has a chance of popping it without getting hurt. missing taunt will pop shield dealing 0 dmg

when taunting 2 or more people give him a buff could be to mr, hp ad, or even make the 2 people he taunted to auto each other 1 time

you can turn justice punch into a push knock up but if you hit a wall enemy or an allied champion you dont knock him up when enemy is being pushed. this turns a ez skill shot to a ez to mess up skill shot with a good reward also forcing you to adjust your range and position
