Possible changes to custom games

I know I'm not the only one who thinks custom games could use a little more customizable settings like base gold per second, starting champion level, or even changeable team names. To me, custom games feel like simpler normal games, and i feel adding certain changeable settings would be able to allow more fun fan made gamemodes that could be featured be more easily created. I know this could take awhile to implement into the game (if anyone on the riot team decides to put it in) but i feel this could be one step towards a good change in custom games.
