What truly is balance?

Does the balance of league sway in individual charcter abilities or picks?

Meaning if your in lane and your counterpicked, does that mean there is like a zero chance of you making it out of lane successful, much less keep your cs up? Or should you be able to defy odds with your dexterity and intellect?

If Ash can beat a Blastoise with his Charizard despite having a disadvantage then why can't the victim of counterpicks be able to pull an ace out.

Why do champs like Zed and Yasuo dominate hard when thier played by people who are competent enough on them but a person with hundreds of games in said other champ feel helpless due to simply have a not so favourable matchup.

A champ like TwistedFate, I think he needs a buff. He feels somewhat handicapped against people like Yas and Zed.

The hell did I just read.

First and most importantly, Charizard actually has a lot of answers against Blastoise if we're talking competitively.

Depends on the matchup and what you do about it. You need to be more specific. In regards to TF vs Yasuo, Yasuo is one of TF's hardest counters in lane. The solution? Leave lane. Do your absolute damndest just to get Exp and hit 6. Don't even overextend for CS if Yasuo positions aggressively on you, just focus on building waveclear when you can and leave your lane to get everyone else snowballing.

Slayers as a whole are designed around the principle of outperforming enemies on the micro level. Zed and Yasuo, two posterboys for their respective Slayer Subclasses, of course have a lot more potential than most other champions in the game in a 1v1 scenario. That is the ideal scenario they are supposed to be strong in, of course they seem strong.

You're looking at this all wrong. TF is specifically weak in 1v1 scenarios like this. Yasuo and Zed are particularly strong in these scenarios. Of course you're going to lose the 1v1, it's TF's weak area to their strong area. The answer is to try to pull the game away from their strengths and into yours. TF's far better at enabling teammates so identify who's going to carry your ass or shut down Yasuo/Zed and enable the hell out of them. TF is capable of farming at range, so some waveclear and you'll easily be able to survive multiple minion waves that a Yasuo or Zed may end up crashing in your direction.

Identify your strengths and weaknesses and work with them. Stop complaining because you're using a champion wrong and expecting better results anyway.

You know what, here you go you big baby. A perfect example of using TF's strengths (range and map wide mobility) over Yasuo.
