The Next Champ Rotation
So.... I really want a champ but I don't want to waste the IP if I am going to hate the champ. So, I have a personal favor I would like to ask Riot.

Also, Ezreal, Gnar, and Rumble fans, please let me know if these people are the following.
- If they are extremely fun.
- Range of how hard they are to use (between 1-10, 10 being very hard).
- Lanes.
