Frost Queens Claim has found its way to the mid lane

If this is going to be a core ap mid lane item something needs to give either ap needs to be nerfed and/or the slow time the distance. it is crazy that almost all ap mids are building this item. free extra gold protection from ganks and almost certain to win trades due to the slow poteintal. Wait what i am getting ganked nope slow the jg and the mid lane down, they can overextend now with almost impunity. Silly item please fix it riot.
