I tried the new stormrazor, saying it sucks is saying little, it is an item that is dependant on other items, a "crit" item that doesn't actually have critical, and that requires a lot of previous gold to reach full potential. And also, it requires you to forget about one crucial item when full build item 3036 item 3026 item 3072. My idea is an item that stands on it's own, and has potential for creating different builds rather than the full crit build and the full guinso-onhit build.

Idea: item 3144 + item 3057 + item 2015 cost 3500 30 AD 30% AS 300 MP 10% life steal 10% CDR

**Active: **your next basic attack deals 100 bonus damage and is considered a critical strike for the purpose of energized items. Also slows the target by 30% for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds.

**Unique Passive - Spellblade: **after casting an ability your next basic attack deals 100 bonus magic damage, and heals you by 25 - 75 HP. When the enhanced attack lands you get 15 stacks for your next energized attack.

**Unique Passive - Stormstrike: **moving and attacking will make an attack energized. Your next energized attack will deal 50 - 100 bonus magic damage, and reduce the target magic resist by 15 - 25 points for 4 seconds before on-hit effects are applied.

The item deals 250 - 300 bonus on-hit damage when fully stacked (active and both passives) +30 AD. Only 150 - 200 damage may benefit from the MR shred.

item 3144 Active: it is meant to work as the old Stormrazor did, adding sinergy for Stattik, so that when it is active you will deal bonus damage almost equal to the old stormrazor without crit items, and when you have a stattik you will get a super energized attack. Also it is meant to cover up the current niche of the new stormrazor, a powerful slow on your next attack. All of this would come as a replacement of the Bilgewater Cutlass active.

item 3057 Passive: not the most damaging version of a sheen passive, it is meant to synergize with it's magic users and grant sustain, while also being a good combination with fleet of foot. It's damage wont scale, but it's healing will, being more meaningful in the lategame. Also, it helps to build up your next energized attack a lot faster.

item 2015 passive: compared to the other energized items, it's damage is still on the low side, but it compensates it adding power for itself and other energized items as the new Stormrazor does. By shredding MR before the on-hit is applied it certainly will increase it's damage by at least 10% - 20% when used on champions.

In this way the item can stand on it's own, fill the niche it is currently filling and more, and become a way to go for AD users with a magical side to them, and which don't benefit as much from Guinsoo early on.
