Hello been playing miss fortune recently and have no idea whats the best build to go for?
when is it optimal to go armour pen 
build over the

Dont go BORK on her for one, go DD as it supports her ult (at least I think).
Lethality makes for a better ult, which gives you massive teamfight presence, while giving some utility with BC. You completely destroy every squishy in game if you land a good one. All in all better burst damage
Crit is ok ults, nothing too imppresive, better sustained damage, your classic crit ADC. she can get massive attack speed.
Depends if you want to rely on your ult or your auto attacks
