Queue up while using Practice tool

Many fighting games have this sort of thing while you are waiting for another player to join you get a sandbag to beat up on. Why does league not have this? You could get on the practice tool and when you load in you can opt to queue for ranked solo, duo, etc. When the queue pops it appears like a surrender vote would or perhaps in the background league client like a normal queue. The practice session is then either suspended in case of dodges or ended altogether in the case of games going through. For low elo this really would not do much as the average queue time is fairly accurate, but something like this could be really nice for higher elo as it could dilute the feeling of an eternal queue.
