Double TP is broken

Laning phrase double tp and JG 5 man gank bot= easy bot tower+drag+mid tower mid/late game double tp= split push for days with no penalty

For what I have observed in LCS, teams with Double wins most of the games. In my own solo queue experiences Double TP/Clobal comp like top+ mid simply means the enemy bot lane is done.

Maybe it have a semi-global range like 's ult, this should required the player with teleport to actually position properly instead of being wherever they want.
