end of season all troll are out ?

is it even possible to ranked now the season is at its end ? the best i went is promo to plat ( 3 lose 2 win thx afk ) and now its litteraly horrible with all the troll pick and hard feeder in 1/2 of the ranked now ( like a jungle who die 3 time in 5 min or a troll pick pyke mid that get no farm and 9 10 death at the end of the game ) I mainly play mid ( mal ) and adc ( mf kai sa cait ) but its jus horrible now the game are done before 10min because either we stomp them because they ahve troll/afk in their team or free lose because this time afk troll are win our team
