Bard is garbage, i have an idea

Well its pretty obvious that bard is bad his ult and tunnel affect both teams the health shines take forever to charge and can be stomped on and the q has such a short range its very difficult to use it aggressively. Not to mention you need to roam around the map all day for your meeps ( The only reason i play bard) to do anything. I think a good way to increase his usefulness would be to increase the q range but i'm not even sure if that will help seeing that his win rate is lower than urgots has ever been.
