why isnt there a anti instant death measure for towers

where a 5 man basically at lvl 3 5 all members of a team and instant kill a tower if they pull 2 tanks under tower and kill the laner after that one at least dies but the turret is gg early i mean too early (im not saying it happened to me) but it can with a premade team that knows the strategy to pull it off. i mean if the tower had some instant killish hellish laser like from independence day maybe just maybe they will stop trolling/destroying towers like toliet paper. this is my example of what should happen to the 4 people if they do this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54vsLDBjnAI
