@Riot: What are your views on developing / exploring 'the vision game'?

The Season 4 additions of the Skuttle Crab, Murk Wolf Spirit, and Raptor's 'Razor Sharp' smite bonus were all really nice touches, but since then we've gotten very little in the way of sight, stealth, detection, or denial mechanics. Yes, Riot 'introduced' nearsight as a legit mechanic - one that I hope to see more of in the future - and they also toyed with Red trinket 'warning against unseen enemies' (which I love!), and, of course, Rek'Sai was groundbreaking with her Tremor Sense but... why not more stuff like this?
