Idea: Urgot execution indicator

So just a quick idea here.

I think it would be very nice if we could get a visual effect on a champion when they fall below 25% max hp when near Urgot (obviously vision of him or the target is needed) Making a bold line on their hp bar at 25%, or flashing their hp bar a few times would certainly help.

This would help Urgot players know when it is safe for them to recast their R so they don't waste it. It would also help his opponents by letting them know if shielding or healing is required so they don't waste heal/barrier. I think it is a balanced idea because the information would help both sides.

It would help curb the frustration I feel when I am in a close fight and I have to decide if they are low enough to execute or risk waiting another split second to get more damage in and possibly dying. I've just watched so many replays where I miss the execute threshold by <10 damage. I'm decently skilled at judging this after some practice, but the way hp bars are displayed makes it hard. Every level and health item an enemy builds changes the visual of their hp bar making it really hard to gauge.

Anyways, let me know what you think. Maybe do this for Garen vs his marked target as well. (or any true damage execute like Chogath's)

Uh. There is. You know that, right? Urgot gets a crosshair on them, and i believe there might be a sound effect as well.

I... I think there is already right? I only used him a few times, but I definitely saw several different indicators.

I typed the following to clear up any mistakes that I think you believe in. Sorry if I misread or something.

Just making sure you know, there already is a visual indicator which indicates the enemy champion has fallen below 25% health. Here's the Spotlight which shows the indicator that appears for me and in this video.

In case you thought otherwise, shields does not affect anything. A champion with a maximum of 100 HP falls to 23 HP (at this point, they have 23% HP left, which falls under the threshold). If that champion uses a shield that equates to 90 HP, Urgot's ultimate would still executes that target.

On the health bar display, the border does not change no matters how many health a champion has. Since I read that you are having problems with that, I assume you are observing the actual "health bar", the one that shows a line at every 100 health a champion has; you're having to estimate where the 25% while letting their own bonus health affecting your estimation dynamically. Instead, you should probably pin an "imaginary point" on the border that marks where the 25% health would be. It may helps to imagine it in fraction. 1/4 = 25%. I think Riot already have their stance on lines on HP bars that represent the executes point, not sure though.
